WHAT WE DO AT THE ASSOCIATION OF DIFFERENCE MAKERS
OUR INTENDED IMPACT
The Association of Difference Makers is an association of compassionate men, women, and youth ministries that desire to make a difference and be a positive influence in this world by helping those in need and do it without bias or expectation of compensation.
Difference Makers can be teachers, coaches, parents, students. Actually anyone that cares enough and is compassionate enough to help another person that is in need can be a Difference Maker. Good examples of a Difference Maker are Boy Scouts that would help an elderly or needy person cross the street or carry their groceries in from the car or cut an elderly persons grass.
Pastors, worship leaders, doctors, and nurses can be Difference Makers. Missionaries are Difference Makers.
Helping a person in need and having compassion on their situation or choosing to do something good for another human being, changes two lives yours and theirs. The story of The Good Samaritan is a prime example of a truly compassionate person that was a Difference Maker. That story was given to us by the greatest Difference Maker of all time. Jesus Christ who sacrificed HIS life to pay for the sins of mankind.
It is the goal of the Association of Difference Makers to involve as many caring men, women, youth and their friends as we can in order to make a difference in someone's life everyday!
Our support at times will be financial, at times it will be emotional and at times it will be physical, but it will always be spiritual for we truly believe in the example shown to us by the storyteller of "The Good Samaritan", Jesus Christ
